using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: If your character can read AI, then sure. Otherwise, they may have a bit of a hard time getting into her head.
powers: Just gonna repost this from the app, since I put it nicely there:
--Android body: Resilient to damage, can be repaired, vulnerable to EMPs, sets off metal detectors like crazy, requires recharging (via standard electric outlet) every 48 hours minimum.
--AI Core: Limited interfacing with electronics, but this stops at advanced systems, and there's no way that she knows how to hack anything. Can act as data storage.
--Medical systems: Vitals scanner (Heart rate, breathing rate, body temperature, limited ECG monitoring w/ touch), cauterization system in the hands (weaponized into burning punches), defibrillator (weaponized into an electric blast), selection of surgical tools, chemical delivery system (w/ selection of anesthetic, adrenaline, painkillers, antivenom, and antibiotics). Use of advanced systems drains power pretty quickly.
